Tucker Tuberville
Tucker Tuberville is a purpose-driven leader leveraging a strong background in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, and capital markets to guide businesses through transformative transactions. His approach combines strategic financial expertise, a results-driven focus, and attention to the human element, understanding that creating lasting value requires strong leadership, a positive culture, and empowered people.
With over seven years in financial services, Tucker has built deep expertise in finance and mergers & acquisitions across healthcare, consumer, financial services, industrials, and real estate sectors. This experience was the catalyst for founding 280 Partners, his lower middle market M&A advisory firm, where he provides critical transaction leadership for businesses ranging from $10 million to $100 million in revenue.
Tucker's background was shaped by his time in New York City at firms including Goldman Sachs, Piper Sandler, and Sandler O'Neill, where he advised companies on mergers & acquisitions and capital advisory activities.
Beyond his professional focus, Tucker is an active member of Auburn Community Church (ACC). He loves spending time with his family, especially anywhere there is water, and enjoys trying to keep up on the golf course. His earlier years as a college football coach at the University of Cincinnati and a collegiate athlete at Auburn University, where he was part of the 2013 SEC Football Championship team, instilled in him the leadership, discipline, and competitive drive that is the backbone of his professional endeavors.
Gil Hanahan
Gil is a dedicated healthcare operator and strategic leader, rooted in the belief that physicians deserve strong, transparent support to do their best work. With a hand-on approach and a deep commitment to operational excellence, he focuses on making healthcare delivery more efficient, sustainable, and people-centered.
Gil brings leadership experience from organizations like East Alabama Health and UAB Medicine, where he has led strategic initiatives that delivered measurable results. He is known for bringing clarity to complex environments, always working to understand the unique perspective of physicians, administrators, and patients alike.
His previous work in healthcare policy with the U.S. Senate adds a system-level understanding that informs his approach to growth and innovation in healthcare.
Academically, Gil holds a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from UAB and is an proud alumnus of Auburn University.
Outside of his professional life, Gil is dedicated to his family and enjoys the outdoors, including his passion for turkey hunting. He stays active with CrossFit and golf and is an engaged member of Auburn Community Church (ACC). Gil is driven by a commitment to both operational excellence in healthcare and making a positive difference in the communities he serves.
